History Nabi Muhamad SAW

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him (PBUH), was born in the city of Mecca in Arabia in the year 570 CE. He was born into the tribe of Quraysh, which was one of the most prominent tribes in the region. Muhammad's father, Abdullah, died before his birth, and his mother, Amina, passed away when he was six years old. After his mother's death, Muhammad was raised by his grandfather and then by his uncle.

As a young man, Muhammad worked as a merchant and became known for his honesty and integrity. He married a wealthy widow named Khadija when he was 25 years old and worked for her as a trader. Muhammad was known for his contemplative nature and would often retreat to a cave on a mountain outside of Mecca to pray and meditate.

When Muhammad was 40 years old, he received the first revelation of the Quran from the angel Gabriel while he was in the cave. This event marked the beginning of his mission as a prophet and messenger of Allah (God). Muhammad began preaching the message of Islam, which means "submission to the will of God," and calling people to worship Allah alone and abandon their idols and pagan practices.

The message of Islam initially faced opposition from the Meccan leaders, who saw it as a threat to their power and influence. However, Muhammad continued to preach and gradually gained more followers. In 622 CE, he and his followers were forced to flee Mecca and seek refuge in the city of Medina, an event known as the Hijra.

In Medina, Muhammad established a community of believers and began to build a society based on the principles of Islam. He was also involved in several battles against the Meccans and their allies, and ultimately succeeded in establishing the Islamic state in Arabia.

Over the course of his life, Muhammad continued to receive revelations from Allah, which were compiled into the Quran. He also established the pillars of Islam, which include the declaration of faith, prayer, fasting, charity, and pilgrimage to Mecca. Muhammad died in 632 CE in Medina, and his legacy as the final prophet and messenger of Allah continues to inspire and guide millions of people around the world today.
