Gembira Gembrong Village Implements "Zero Run Off", Anies Says Rainwater Will Be Absorbed To The Ground DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan inaugurated the Pasar Gembrong settlement at RW 001 Cipinang Besar Utara, Jatinegara, East Jakarta, on Friday (7/10/2022) afternoon. The settlement which is now called "Kampung Gembira Gembrong" was previously burned on April 25, 2022. Anies said that Gembira Gembrong Village applies the zero run off concept that can control rainwater on site. "This is the first village in Jakarta to implement zero run off. It means that rainwater in that area is not drained out, but absorbed into the ground," said Anies at Taman Ismail Marzuki, Jakarta, Saturday (8/10/2022).
